TPBI Joins SEA-MaP Innovation Expo in Singapore, Reinforcing Its Role as a Thai Packaging Leader Driving Circular Innovation Across the Region

TPBI Public Company Limited (TPBI), led by Mr. Saksit Borrisuttanakul, Chief Marketing Officer, participated in the SEA-MaP Innovation Expo in Singapore under the theme “From Plastic Crisis to Circular Growth.” The regional platform brought together corporates, investors, startups, and policymakers to exchange perspectives and accelerate innovation in circular economy and sustainable plastics management across ASEAN.
The event was organized by Start2 Group in collaboration with The World Bank Group and Singapore’s National Environment Agency (NEA). It served as an official showcase for startups from SEA-MaP Cohort 1, while also fostering collaboration among large corporations, investors, and innovation-driven entrepreneurs to advance plastic circularity solutions into real-world business applications. The event highlighted the transition from viewing plastic challenges as a crisis to creating economic opportunities through circular growth models.

During the event, Mr. Saksit Borrisuttanakul joined the panel discussion “Beyond ESG: Building Growth Through Circular Innovation” alongside regional leaders in sustainability and investment. TPBI shared perspectives from the packaging industry, covering circular product design, recycled material development, material collection and sorting systems, and the role of large corporations in working with startups to pilot, validate, and scale commercially viable solutions.
TPBI believes that sustainability in the packaging industry cannot be achieved by one organization alone. It requires collaboration across the entire value chain, including manufacturers, consumers, brand owners, government agencies, investors, and technology developers. TPBI’s participation in the SEA-MaP Innovation Expo aligns with its vision, “Think Circular, Think Sustainable,” reflecting the company’s commitment to developing total packaging solutions, optimizing resource use, increasing recycled material content, and promoting circular material systems to elevate Thailand’s packaging industry toward international sustainability standards.
