TPBI joins the 21st International Coastal Conservation Day activity.

On September 16, 2023, Mr. Sittichai Borrisuttanakul, Chief Operating Officer-Consumables and a group of employees were a representative of TPBI Public Company Limited to participate in the 21st International Coastal Conservation Day activity. The event was organized by Dow Thailand Group in collaboration with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT). This activity has been held continuously every year since 2003 during the 3rd week of September, which is International Coastal Conservation Week. This year's activity was held at Phayun Beach, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province, from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

In this activity, TPBI sponsored some garbage bags and participated in collecting beach garbage together with 27 organizations both government and private who care about the environment, including more than 3,000 volunteers, collecting beach garbage over a distance of more than 25 kilometers, from the areas of Nam Rin Beach - Phayun Beach - Phala Beach, Ban Chang District, and Suchada Beach - Saeng Chan Beach. - Laem Charoen Beach - Mae Ramphueng Beach, Mueang District, Rayong Province, which are all important tourist attractions in Rayong Province. By far, the activity was able to collect 6086.7 kilograms of beach garbage this year.

Mr. Sittichai said, “Promoting society and preserving the environment is one of the main missions that TPBI Group has always given importance to. Therefore, we are grateful to our good partners, Dow Thailand Group and The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), that invite TPBI to participate in the International Coastal Conservation Day activities always and including this time. I and all employees who participated in this activity on behalf of the TPBI Group were delighted and very enthusiastic to be a part of making the beaches of Rayong province, which is like another home for us, clean and free of garbage and hope that TPBI will continue to participate in good activities like this in the future.”
