The meeting resolved to approve every agenda as proposed by the Board of Directors and acknowledged the Company's performance for the year 2022.

In 2022, TPBI has a net income THB 6,843,149,390, an increase of 20.38% from the previous year, with a net profit THB 214,544,303 as shown in the separate financial statement. The meeting also approved the payment of the dividend from the 2022 performance at the rate of THB 0.20 per share, totaling THB 83,375,980. The Record Date on which the shareholders are entitled to receive dividend payment is May 2, 2023, and the dividend shall be paid on May 19, 2023.
