TPBI Public Company Limited held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2018 on Monday 19, 2018 at Sampran Riverside. The meeting approved the Company’s capital increase of Baht 16,879,900 from the existing registered capital of Baht 400,000,000, divided into 400,000,000 shares at par value of Baht 1 to registered capital of Baht 416,879,900, divided into 416,879,900 shares at par value Baht 1 by issuing 16,879,900 newly issued ordinary shares at par value of Baht 1 and the issuance and allotment of 16,879,900 newly issued ordinary shares at the par value of Baht 1 for the private placement.
