The company recognizes that successful business operations require critical driving forces to enhance competitiveness, and "human resources" are the core engine in creating such driving forces. The company therefore focuses on elevating employee potential throughout the organization through diverse training programs and continuously creating a good working atmosphere and environment within the company. Additionally, the company has efficiently developed employee development plans and maintains standardized performance evaluation systems used to manage performance of employees at all levels under company policies aimed at developing work capabilities, providing career advancement opportunities, establishing succession planning, creating good working environment and safety, as well as providing appropriate employee benefits in accordance with legal requirements.

Human Resource Development Policy

To ensure organizational personnel have potential, readiness, and ability to support the organization's vision, mission, and values, the company has established learning and development policies to support personnel and leadership development with high-quality management and operational capabilities that can drive the organization to achieve its defined vision and mission, as follows:

  1. Develop personnel to have management or operational capabilities for both present and future, with capabilities to achieve success in line with vision, strategy, and keep pace with organizational and global changes
  2. Develop personnel to have behaviors that respond to organizational culture aligned with a High Performance Culture vision
  3. Create learning atmosphere and knowledge base, as well as knowledge transfer from retirees or departing employees to support organizational learning and knowledge storage, including promoting the use of new knowledge and skills in work practices

The company prioritizes the regular development of employee skills, knowledge, abilities, and potential through training and practice, combined with providing learning opportunities to fully develop employee knowledge and abilities comprehensively and consistently, and creating motivation for highly knowledgeable and capable employees to remain with the company for continued organizational development. Additionally, the company emphasizes internal promotion and performance evaluation, which are important factors for stable and strong business growth. The company has also established annual knowledge review training for employees at all levels on good corporate governance, anti-corruption, business ethics, and work practices to instill in all employees strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

In the past year, the company conducted a total of 178 courses from the target of 122 courses, including orientation courses, various courses related to production process development, First Aid Training & AED courses, courses related to production process standards, C-TPAT security system courses, electrical work safety courses, Train the Trainer courses, basic organizational sustainability knowledge courses, and environmental courses.

Additionally, there is an election of welfare committees to represent employees in consulting with employers regarding welfare arrangements and serve as intermediaries in conveying employee welfare needs to employers, as well as participating in consultation, providing recommendations, and monitoring welfare arrangements within the company to create employee satisfaction.
