The 2019 Annual General meeting of Shareholders

TPBI Public Company Limited held the 2019 Annual General Meeting on Saturday 27, 2019 at Sampran Riverside. The meeting approved the suspension of the allocation of the profit from the operation of the Company for the year 2018 to be a reserve fund as prescribed by law, omitted dividend payment and approved the acceptance of the entire business of Thai German Recycle Technology Company Limited by way of the entire business transfer.
