Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024

On Saturday, April 27, 2024, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm., at Sampran Headquarters, Nakhon Pathom, TPBI Public Company Limited held the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic means (e-Meeting), which is in accordance with the related rules and regulations to electronic meeting. The meeting resolved to approve every agenda as proposed by the Board of Directors and acknowledged the Company's performance for the year 2023.

The meeting also approved the payment of the dividend for the 2023 performance according to the company's separate financial statements to shareholders, in the total amount of 416,879,900 shares at the rate of THB 0.25 per share, totaling THB 104,219,975, which is higher than last year. The Record Date on which the shareholders are entitled to receive dividend payment is May 7, 2024, and the dividend payment date is scheduled for May 24, 2024.
