TPBI organized “Supervisor Day” 2025

TPBI Group organized its annual “Supervisor Day”, providing a platform for employees across the organization to present improvement initiatives under the “MUDA: 7+1 Wastes” concept. The event aimed to enhance operational efficiency and promote continuous improvement throughout the group, with two sessions held on September 19 and November 7, 2025.

Both sessions showcased a wide range of innovative ideas—from process optimization and workflow enhancements to resource management and workplace development. The atmosphere reflected strong teamwork, creativity, and a shared commitment to driving meaningful organizational progress.
