TPBI never stops developing with TPBI Supervisor's Day 2024 activity under the theme “Improvement KATA”.

TPBI Public Company Limited organized the TPBI Supervisor’s Day 2024 event under the theme "Improvement KATA" to provide employees with opportunities to create new innovations, enhance work efficiency, reduce organizational losses, and present these ideas to executives at various levels. The event took place on September 22, 2023, at The Salaya Conference Room in Nakhon Pathom Province and on September 29, 2023, at the Sroithong 3-4 Conference Room in the Golden City Hotel, Rayong Province.

Under the theme "Improvement KATA," participating employees will learn about problem exploration and continuous problem-solving without the need to wait for supervisors or commanders to issue orders. "Improvement KATA" is a concept commonly used in organizations and businesses to foster development and enhance work processes or increase efficiency. The word "KATA" comes from Japanese and means "method" or "practice." Improvement KATA helps create a positive working environment for continuous learning and ongoing work improvement within an organization. It is based on the fundamental principles of continuous learning and continuous development, with four key steps: 1. Setting goals or defining objectives. 2. Assessing the current state and determining where we currently stand. 3. Deciding where we want to be next. 4. Defining the actions and methods to progress to the next level. It's clear that the Improvement KATA working principle is beneficial for improving various aspects of work and will establish sustainability in organizations through continuous development, never stopping.

This activity received a lot of cooperation from employees. There were more than 20 different projects presented, all of which received great attention and importance from executives and employees from various departments, who offered many opinions and suggestions to develop the said projects more completely.

In addition to the various project presentation activities, there are many activities that create fun during the presentation and help develop collaboration between departments and organization unity, such as playing games and recreations, having dinner together, employee performances and many other creative activities.
