TPBI Hosts 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Nakhon Pathom, April 25, 2026, TPBI Public Company Limited held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic means (e-Meeting) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm., at Sampran Headquarters, Nakhon Pathom, which is in accordance with the Emergency Decree on Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (2020) and other related laws and regulations. The meeting resolved to approve every agenda as proposed by the Board of Directors and acknowledged the Company's performance for the year 2025.

In 2025, TPBI has a net income THB 4,913,234,045, with a net profit of THB 165,384,081 as shown in the separate financial statement. The meeting also approved the payment of the dividend from the 2025 performance at the rate of THB 0.23 per share, totaling THB 95,882,377. The Record Date on which the shareholders are entitled to receive dividend payment is May 6, 2026, and the dividend shall be paid on May 22, 2026.
