The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm., at Sampran Headquarters, Nakhon Pathom, TPBI Public Company Limited held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic means (e-Meeting), which is in accordance with the Emergency Decree on Electronic Meetings B.E. 2563 (2020) and other related laws and regulations. The meeting resolved to approve every agenda as proposed by the Board of Directors and acknowledged the Company's performance for the year 2024.

In 2024, TPBI has a net income THB 5,681,353,092, with a net profit of THB 271,385,471 as shown in the separate financial statement. The meeting also approved the payment of the dividend from the 2024 performance at the rate of THB 0.30 per share, totaling THB 125,063,970. The Record Date on which the shareholders are entitled to receive dividend payment is May 7, 2025, and the dividend shall be paid on May 23, 2025.
